BB Series Putter

The BB1 is designed and built around Bettinardi’s classic BB1 style head. The design element of the 2013 BB1 has a slightly lower profile and a more shallow face to frame the golf ball absolutely perfectly at address. This allows the putter to sit below the golf ball. The footprint of the BB1 is wider from front to toe which allows for a more stable putter. With the evolution of tooling and machining we are able to enlarge the diameter of the honeycomb and still maintain the flatness of our classic honeycomb face. The Hyper Honeycomb provides an extreme crispness at impact that any golfer will love.

The BB34 is a heel shafted mid mallet that is based on a traditional mallet design with a little Bettinardi flare. The BB34 maintains the wider footprint to allow for a more stable putter. The BB34 stays true to the consistent goal of perimeter weighting with raised heel and toe bumpers resulting in a larger area for sweet spot. With our new Hyper Honeycomb finish providing the extreme crispness at impact, the BB34 is one of our most forgiving style mallet putters.

The BB37 is a brand new model to the Bettinardi line of putters. The BB37 is classified as a hybrid style putter morphing a BB1 style head with a mallet. The BB37 maintains the wider footprint to allow for a more stable putter. The semi half moon cut allows for increased perimeter weighting on the heel and toe of the putter resulting in a more forgiving sweet spot on off center hits. The raised shoulders also contribute to the perimeter weighting, taking weight away from the center of the putter. The ramp style neck results in a nice amount of offset, allowing the neck and the shaft to dissolve into the head. This allows the golfer to focus solely on the site line and the golf ball. The new Hyper Honeycomb finish makes the BB37 one of the most unique and forgiving hybrid style putters in the Bettinardi line.

BB54 is designed and built around one of Bettinardi’s most popular and successful model, the Baby Bee Accelerator model. The Baby Bee putter captured the 2003 US Open at Olympia Fields, IL. Bettinardi has used modern technology to alter the Baby Bee design concept and has created the most forgiving MOI mallet.

The crucial design element that separates the Baby Bee from the BB54 is the addition of a large 303 DASS weighted port. Located at the rear extremity of the putter this port is 40% of the total weight. The significance of the weighted port is moving the center of gravity dramatically towards the rear of the putter and away from the face. The results are an extremely high MOI ratio making this the most forgiving putter on off center hits. The ball will travel the same distance while still holding the line, even on miss hits. The BB54 will give every golfer the confidence they need to sink that crucial putt.

Features

• Milled Windows – 2 milled out windows on the top of the putter which aid in alignment and also reduce weight from the middle and front end of the putter.
• Weight Slot - There is a weight slot milled in the sole to remove more material from the front end of the putter. This provides us discretionary weight placement and allows us to move that weight into the 303 DASS weighted port that is set into the rear of the putter.
• Bettinardi “T” – The white Bettinardi “T” site line pops in contrast with the pewter gray finish. This will give the golfer an unmistakable edge for ease in alignment.
• Face Milling - The face of the BB54 is milled with Bettinardi’s patented F.I.T (Feel Impact Technology) Face along with the HoneyComb face. This provides the ultimate in sound and feel for any putter.
• Sweet Spot - Enlarged sweet spot is provided by the detailed weight placement of the putter.
• Weighted Port - 303 DASS weighted port is inserted and fastened to the rear of the putter by a hex nut. The weighted port accounts for 40% of the total weight.
