When is a name more than a name? When that name is Clyde. In 1973, when basketball great Walt “Clyde” Frazier went looking for a custom-made pair of PUMA Suedes, we reconfigured the original, made it lighter and wider, and stamped his moniker on the side in gold. The PUMA Clyde soon became the stuff of sneaker legend. Fast forward to today: we’ve outfitted these iconic kicks for the course with green-friendly molded S²QuillTec® spikes, a waterproofed upper, and optimal cushioning and flexibility.

Features

	Special slow recovery foam heel construction for a heel fit which is perfectly adjusting to the heel contour.
	High abrasion resistant rubber. Long lasting rubber composite used in outsole areas with strong wear-off.
	Permanent directionally molded S2Quill spikes, tailored to the left and right hand shoes which serve different functions throughout the swing and are green friendly.
	A heel outsole and midsole geometry which decouples the impact part of the shoe from the rest of the midsole. In combination with flex grooves for a smooth fi rst impact and roll off from heel to toe. Lowers the pronation velocity and the degree of pronation.
	Highly functional materilas deliver unmatched protection through extremely durable waterproofing, taped seams and high breathability to shield you from nature's forces.
	Built for comfort, the athletic last fi ts feet like a glove. A more curved and rounded bottom last with a lower instep midfoot fit for optimized stability and hold of the foot. Shoes constructed on the athletic last wrap perfectly around the foot giving it plenty of support.
