The Ping G2 fairway woods use a variable-width sole to move added weight down low for soaring shots due to the center of gravity. The Ping G2 3 wood would be a great choice off the tee box due to the long distances it produces and being accurate and easy to hit. The deep face increases the effective hitting area for increased consistency. Ping G2 fairway woods have a progressive groove pattern to help add spin which translates into more height and soft landing shots.
