Position: Store Sales Staff

Employment Type:

• Non-exempt full-time
• 4-5 days per week including Saturday or Sunday

Experience Requirement

• Golf Experience: 1 year (Must)
• Retailer Sales: 1 year (Must)

Language Requirement

• English: Excellent verbal communication (Required)
• Korean: Excellent verbal communication (Required)

Daily Duties & Responsibilities:

• Profound knowledge and terminologies of golf swings, brands, and products
• Operate POS system in case of cashier's absence (Will be trained)
• Proficient knowledge of PC window tools and navigation
• Able to adapt and search for items using online platforms (Channel Advisor)​​Stock, display, organize, and clean
• Long hours of standing required
• ​​Greet and help customers
• ​​Self-learner & multitasker
• Assist store managers
• Report directly to assistant managers
• ​​Work closely with assistant managers
• Other duties and tasks will be given by managers and the president

Store Holiday Closures:

Position: Warehouse Associate

Employment Type:

• Non-exempt part-time
• 5 days per week: 8:00 AM - 4:40 PM

Daily Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform pre-shift equipment checks
• Pick and pack online orders efficiently
• Unpack store transfer items and prepare them for display (apply price tags, hangers, and security tags)
• Conduct product quality control (QC) for quantity and quality assurance
• Perform occasional inventory audits
• Wrap/unwrap pallets and load/unload shipments as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work closely with the warehouse manager and other associates
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Language Requirements:

• English: Proficient reading and verbal communication (Required)
• Korean: Proficient verbal communication (Preferred)
• Spanish: Proficient verbal communication (Preferred)

Qualifications:

• Basic computer literacy required
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Basic verbal and written communication skills
• Physical ability to handle light lifting and other warehouse-related activities
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred

Work Expectations & Attendance Policy:

• Must be punctual and adhere to assigned work schedules
• Personal activities (such as phone use or excessive socializing) are not permitted during work hours
• Employees must notify the manager in advance if they will be late or unable to work
• Any incidents or issues must be reported with supporting documents or evidence as required
