STORE CASHIER

JOB TYPE: Non-Exempt Part-Time or Full-Time (Min. 20 hours/week)

WORKING HOURS: Must work Saturday or Sunday, 3-5 days per week

DUTIES AND TASKS:

  • Operate the POS system (Will be trained)
  • Proficient in window tools and navigation
  • Search for inventories using online platforms
  • Stock, display, organize, and clean
  • Long hours of standing required
  • Greet and assist customers
  • Self-learner & multitasker
  • Assist store managers
  • Report directly to managers
  • Work closely with managers
  • Other duties and tasks will be assigned by managers

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Golf experience: minimum 3 years (MUST)
  • Retail Sales: minimum 1 year (Required)
  • English: proficient verbal communication (MUST)
  • Mandarin: proficient verbal communication (MUST) OR
  • Korean: proficient verbal communication (MUST)

STORE SALES STAFF

WORKING HOURS: Must work Saturday or Sunday, 3-5 days per week

DUTIES AND TASKS:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
  • Search for inventories using online platforms

GOLF CLUB REPAIR SPECIALIST

JOB TYPE: Part-Time or Full-time Non-Exempt (Min. 24 hours/week)

DUTIES AND TASKS:

  • Conduct positive and exceptional club-fitting processes and solutions to meet each customer's needs.
  • Follow company rules and operate computer applications.
  • Share knowledge with managers and staff effectively.
  • Communicate effectively and prioritize tasks appropriately, promoting the customer experience.
  • Operate shop equipment safely by complying with workplace safety programs.
  • Show accuracy in completing all order forms and repair tags.
  • Thorough knowledge of club-making and repair techniques, product features, and their benefits.
  • Recognize ways to improve processes.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management such as inventory management, reordering, restocking, organizing, cleaning, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 24 months of related experience
  • Maintain a positive, guest-centric attitude by listening, understanding, and responding to guest needs while being committed to the “Sure No Problem” philosophy.
  • Prior working knowledge of custom fitting and club repair principles is a must!
  • Work with and be exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals, fumes, and airborne particles; operate and use all equipment necessary to run the department.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with all associates and customers.
  • Thorough knowledge of processing information and merchandise via a computer and POS register system; operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
  • Have a working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, inventory, Internet, and order processing systems.
  • Ability to read, write, analyze, and interpret business reports, correspondence, and procedures effectively while accurately presenting information and responding to questions; ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
  • Freely access all store areas including the sales floor, stock area, and register area by standing, walking, stooping, crawling, climbing, crouching and kneeling, and lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds at any given time.
  • Work varied hours/days as business dictates.
